空间不知如何安装php系统

刚在网上下载了一个程序，但是不能进入安装呀！！都是这样的提示，就连那个114la的导航程序也不能进行安装，到安装部份就真接跳转到404页面了，这是什么原因呀，我有开通了两个数据库的呀！ 这是安装114la的页面 http://gef.org.ru/upload/install/index.html

同样也是这样的提示，不能安装 install/里面的index.php是有存在的，在其它的空间上也是可以正常运行和安装的。不知这是什么原因呀 http://webproxy.net.ru/

发现：服务器不支持MySQL数据库！

不会吧，刚开通我就只是新建立了一个站点而已呀
我的数据库也开通了，有两个呀！
DA设置有问题如果是的话有什么办法可以重新解决或恢复呀？ 现在发现我的空间不能访问php的文件呀
就是最普通的也不么
例如：http://gef.org.ru/test.php
内容如下
<?php echo "这个是测试" ?>看看会不会显示。 DA设置里面 你没有真正把gef.org.ru这个域名绑定到空间里
所以带这个域名访问的地址会出现错误提示
